Community Design Meeting – 7th Ward, Bayou St John, St Roch, & Gentilly [Rescheduled]

Transformative street safety improvements are coming to the 7th Ward, Bayou St John, St Roch, & Gentilly!
The City of New Orleans is hosting a community design meeting to present their plans for the next phase of construction for Moving New Orleans Bikes, featuring designs for new protected bikeways on:
- Saint Bernard Ave (b/w St Claude Ave and Gentilly Blvd)
- N. Miro St (b/w Orleans Ave and Franklin Ave)
- N. Galvez St (b/w Orleans Ave and Franklin Ave)
- Franklin Ave (b/w St. Claude Aven and I-610)
- Paris Ave (b/w Gentilly Blvd and Fillmore Ave)
- Gentilly Blvd (b/w N. Broad St and New Orleans St)
The purpose of this meeting is to share these plans with you in order to get your feedback. The people who most use these streets are best equipped to know how we can bring about more safety and less stress for every resident and business. So please join us and show your support for better walking, biking, mobility, and sustainability in New Orleans!
